* Currently, this system only has data to verify bachelor degree of students in regular programs graduated since 2011. The data to verify degree for other students will be updated later.
* In case this system does not find any graduates with the student ID number or the register number as you look up, please send a color scan of Degree or Transcript need to be verified to email: dt.dhbk@dut.udn.vn to get confirmed by the Academic Affair Department.
To make a request of verification, please enter the name & address of your institution and one of the following two alumni information: Register Number of Degree (listed on the bottom line of the diploma), Student ID number (indicated on the bottom line on the transcript).
